The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels is pleased to unveil the first virtual Board Leadership Training presented by Baird to Colonels.

It is designed to equip Colonels with the advanced governance, financial, and strategic skills necessary to serve on nonprofit boards. Facilitated by subject matter experts, this program provides a deep dive into the responsibilities of exceptional board membership and the impact of effective leadership.

Curriculum Highlights
Boards 101: Nonprofit mission, public trust, personal commitment, and strategic planning.
Ethical Leadership: Equips board members with the essential legal, ethical, and financial frameworks required for effective nonprofit governance.
Financial Responsibility & Board Placement: Nonprofit financial literacy, risk management, integrity, and strategies for securing your board seat.
